Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Brytelink is a platform where registered agents buy mobile data bundles (MTN, Telecel and AT) and where agents' customers buy bundles from an agent's online store. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Brytelink is an independent reseller. We are not MTN, Telecel or AT, and we are not owned by or endorsed by them. Network names are used only to describe the bundles on sale.
2. Accounts
- You must give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.
3. Wallet and payments
- Agents fund a wallet through Paystack (card or mobile money) or by approved top-up. Wallet money is used to pay for orders.
- Payment fees charged by Paystack are shown before you pay.
- Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. Every wallet movement is recorded in a protected history.
4. Orders and delivery
- Check the phone number and network before you pay. Bundles sent to a wrong number cannot be recovered.
- Delivery usually completes within minutes but can take longer when a network is slow. Order status is shown in your account or on the store's order page.
- If an order fails, the amount is returned to the wallet or refunded to the payer. If a bundle is not received, report it from your account with the order number.
5. Agent stores and earnings
- Store owners set their own profit within the limit set by Brytelink. Profits become available earnings once the customer's order is completed.
- Earnings can be withdrawn to a mobile money number after admin review, or converted to wallet balance.
- A store owner must not mislead customers or sell outside these terms.
6. Things you must not do
- Use the service for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Attack, scrape or try to break the service, or try to change balances or orders.
- Copy the Brytelink name or pages to pretend to be us.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example when a network or payment provider is down. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Brytelink after a change means you accept it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
